Established in 1993, COPA ABOGADOS, is a law firm specialized in advising companies in Labour and Social Security matters. Our aim is to provide clients with a highly specialized service based on the principle of “excellence” and to give the utmost importance to quality and customer service in the provision of our services.
In 2018 we joined an internationally recognised multidisciplinary firm and in 2021 we decided to restart our own activity, recovering our values as a firm specialized in labour law that knows and assumes the business culture of the client and, from a legal point of view, accompanies them through their entire human resources strategy. We aim to give the most appropriate solution to client needs and provide maximum legal certainty to any decisions taken within the field of labour.

COPA ABOGADOS performs both preventive advisory work and intervention in all types of pre-judicial or judicial proceedings within the areas of social and contentious-administrative jurisdiction. We also intervene in all types of negotiations such as collective agreements, equality plans or collective procedures for substantial modification of working conditions, geographical mobility, suspensions or termination of employment contracts, maintaining fluid relations with the social partners and the administration.
