Enrique García Arévalo is a partner in COPA Abogados.

He has been working as a lawyer specialized in Labor and Social Security-related Law since 2009, handling lawsuits before the different Courts of the Labor jurisdiction and in all kind of proceedings, both individual and collective.

He advises national and multinational companies in all activity sectors, such as contact center, department stores, retail, audiovisual, automotive, cleaning and maintenance or advertising industry.

He has participated in numerous collective disputes before the National Court and many superior courts of justice, having assumed the negotiation of equality plans and collective procedures of all kinds such as collective dismissals (ERE), suspension of labour contracts (ERTE), geographical mobility and working conditions amendments.

Throughout his professional career he has been associate lawyer in the firm specialized in labor law COPA from 2009 to 2018, and Senior Associate of the labor department of an important multidisciplinary firm until 2020, joining COPA Abogados in January of 2021 as Partner.

He has published several articles on many labor issues and has been included in the Best Lawyers directory in the area of Employment Law.

He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2009.
