Julio Aguado is an external lawyer (Of counsel) of the lawfirm COPA ABOGADOS.

He has extensive litigation experience before the Labor Jurisdiction Courts throughout Spain.

During his professional career he has been an in-house lawyer in different companies where he has carried out the role of Head of Legal Department.

He has also defended the interests of his clients in dismissal proceedings (individual and collective), substantial modifications to working conditions, collective disputes, reconciliation of working and family life, disciplinary proceedings and protection of fundamental rights.

He has also advised and handled ERTE and ERE procedures.

He advises companies in different sectors, specialised in “contact centre”, retail, private security, special employment centres and auxiliary business sectors.

In February 2021 he started to work in COPA ABOGADOS.

He has been a member of Madrid Bar Association since 1999, as well as of ASNALA, where he is an active member of the association.
